Deposit and Rental Fee
The Lions clubhouse is only offered for one day rentals unless otherwise negotiate. Clubhouse will not be rented for Rave Party's or Entrance fee party's or any party where alcohol is SOLD. Alcohol is allowed to be served at party as long as there is no charge.
There is a $200.00 Refundable cleaning and damage deposit. Cash or Money Order or Cashier's Check made out to Kissimmee Lions Club Inc (KLC) for each event at the execution of the contract. Any damages or extended cleanup to KLC property shall be deducted from this deposit. After Inspection, any remaining balance will be returned to Renter usually 14 to 21 business days after the event.
Rental Fee for your Special Event
The Lions Club House rents for $800 per Event held on Saturday and $700.00 per Event held each Friday or Sunday.
Extra day for decoration time only (no parties) is $150 if not already booked for another event.
Your event can start as early as 11:00 am and ends at 2:00 am the following morning.
Arrangements can be made to stay later than 2:00 am at an additional fee of $50.00 an hour but no later than 7:00 am. Please arrange extended hours with the Kissimmee Lions Clubhouse Manager.
Weekday Rentals ( Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday - with some exceptions) is $400 for 6PM to 12AM or $400 for 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
