The Lions club house is only offered for one day rentals and will not be rented for the following Events, Rave Party's, Entrance fee party's or any party where alcohol is SOLD. Alcohol is allowed to be served at party as long as there is no charge.
Rental Fee for your Special Event.
The Lions Club House rents for $700.00 per Event held each Friday or Saturday or Sunday.
Extra day for decoration time only (no parties) is $150.
Your event can start as early as 8:00 am and ends at 2:00 am the following morning.
Arraignments can be made to stay later than 2:00 am at an additional fee of $50.00 an hour.
Weekday Rentals (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday - with some exceptions) is $375 for 4PM to 12PM or $475 for 8:30AM to 2AM.
There is a $200.00 Refundable cleaning and damage deposit.( Money Order or Cashier's Check made out to Kissimmee Lions Club) for each event at the execution of the contract. Any damages or extended cleanup to KLC property shall be deducted from this deposit and any remaining balance returned to Renter after inspection, usually 10 to 14 business days after the event.
